Admission requirements
The Almonte Learning Garden welcomes children aged 30 months (2.5 years) to 6 years for Full or Half Day programs from September until June, across three seasonally-based program semesters.
PREREQUISITES:
The primary prerequisite for enrolment is that a child must be potty-trained in order to participate in the ALG Programs.
Parents and children are also required to meet with the Head Teacher/Guide prior to acceptance of an application to enrol — to discuss whether a Montessori classroom is a beneficial fit for your child’s needs and developmental stage.
To complete the ALG enrolment process, parents/guardians must make a deposit and pay for the first month’s tuition (see Tuition and fees structure), and are expected to read the Almonte Learning Garden Parent Handbook to ensure they fully understand the school, and their role/responsibilities.

PLEASE NOTE:
At this time, priority will be given to children applying for the Montessori Kindergarten (full day) program.
At this time (in keeping with CCEYA) the ALG is able to accept the enrolment of up to five (5) children for each day — Monday to Friday.
